Photos Archiving & Downloads

Once your gallery has been delivered you will have access to it for 30 days to download all photos. Photos not downloaded within the given period are permanently deleted.

Photos sent as teasers do not start your 30-day countdown. The 30-day countdown begins upon the delivery of your full completed gallery.

No archiving of these images are done so there will be no way to further access images after the 30 day window. Download is necessary with no exceptions. If you have any questions about this please refer to our contract where this is further outlined. This gallery is for viewing purposes and downloading only and is not for archival.

Delivery dates

All dates listed in the delivery status updater are subject to change and are used as a reference to when the gallery can be expected to be delivered. It is intended to be checked often and dates are not set in stone.
